The Mobile[protected] of GSM AQUA Y2(Black)-Dual Sim[protected] was given to Intex Service Centre, Joy Enterprise, Agnisha Apartment, 19, Mukherjee Para Lane, G-4 Serampore, Hooghly-712201, West Bengal for solving the Power Key problem on 21.04.15 which had been purchased on 30.08.14 and the service centre till date not returned the same.Whenever it is asked the service centre to return the product then they are telling that the mobile has not been sent from Kolkata Main service centre after a lapse of 24 days.
