Intex Mobile — Receiver Problem in Mobile | |
I have submitted my Intex Grand 601 (Red and Black) on 17/7/2015 in Intex Service center at Ulhasnagar-3 regarding low volume in receiver and now it's 23 days but haven't received my phone yet.
Those guys saying sir it will take time.
It's too irritating that you have to wait almost a month to solve minor receiver problem.
I will never ever purchase Intex products here on.
Please look into this.

I have already call on this number 15 days back. CSR told me that you will receive you phone very soon and now its 30 days but i haven't got my phone yet.Further to this i got number of person name Mr.Dinesh who is handling Thane Intex service center, when i called he took my details and told me that he will call me shortly but still he didn't call me. Now, whenever i am trying his number he is disconnecting my call.
