Intex Mobile — Replacement of display screen | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased an intex mobile phone (Platinum a9) on 20.12.2014. But the display is broken. I gave it to gungun service centre for repairing at rourkela, odisha on 24.01.2015. He says that it will take 7 days for replacement. But till date neither the mobile is repaired or nor give any positive response. He told me that the production is stopped of this model. I have alreay paid him rs.400/- for cost of display screen. He also informed me that the company could not reach at point which mobile will be given to me if there is any replacement. 2. Kindly told me when i will receive my mobile phone. I have only one mobile. It is very difficult to contact me with my family. I HAVE PURCHASED AN INTEX MOBILE PHONE (PLATINUM A9) ON 20.12.2014. BUT THE DISPLAY IS BROKEN. I GAVE IT TO GUNGUN SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING AT ROURKELA, ODISHA ON 24.01.2015. HE SAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT. BUT TILL DATE NEITHER THE MOBILE IS REPAIRED OR NOR GIVE ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE. HE TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCTION IS STOPPED OF THIS MODEL.
I HAVE ALREAY PAID HIM RS.400/- FOR COST OF DISPLAY SCREEN. HE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THE COMPANY COULD NOT REACH AT POINT WHICH MOBILE WILL BE GIVEN TO ME IF THERE IS ANY REPLACEMENT.
2. KINDLY TOLD ME WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY MOBILE PHONE. I HAVE ONLY ONE MOBILE. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT ME WITH MY FAMILY.
