I had purchased one Intex Aqua Y2 pro mobile on 14/05/15 from Reliance Digital Service/Barrackpur. After found that mobile got problem not even used. Immediately visited to the Reliance shop 2 times, After that they replied that Phone was dead and not possible to change here and also told pls visit to Intex Service center at Barrackpur and bring the dead certificate. Then I went out of calcutta for two weeks for urgent official work. Two days ago I visited to Intex Cervicing Center and checked my mobile and declared that mobile was dead but they repilied its not possibe to give the dead certificate becoz 7 Days over. Have many times spoken to your Cs but not satisfied.
Hence you are request to you please help me and arrange or provide or advice or approval to your service center Barrackpur, West Bengal or me for Dead On Arraval Certificate for changing my dead mobole. Mobile IMEI No is under..
