[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — Set in service centres for 2 months whereas I have purchased it 7 months ago.

Dear Sir, I have purchased Intex Aqua Curve on 06.05.14. After few months the screen of phone malfunctioning and I have send it to service centre on 11.11.14 vide job card no.[protected]T001. After 20 days I have received the cell phone on 29.11.14, but the problem remain same and I have again send the phone to service centre on 02.12.14. Vide job sheet no.[protected]T001 and after a month I am still waiting for my phone repaired. Since it has been only 7 months to purchase the phone, it is in service centre from past two months I Don, 't want this set anymore kindly replace it with another one and give me new set. Please look into the matter as your service centres' people didn't having that manners to talk with the customers. Soliciting your kind cooperation. Thanks and best regards.
