[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Touch Response Problems

I have this intex aqua superb since 2014. I have issues with touch screen. sometimes when i touch it responses wrong ... for example if i touch an icon then it opens another app whose icon is beside of the clicked one . Please Fix this. I was later able to deduct that this problem has something to do with battery / charging current .
