Intex Mobile — VERY BAD SERVICE | |||
i have purchased INTEX AQUA STAR HD from intex dealer in Ambala SUNNY COMMUNICATION on 11th March 2015. their is a battery problem in my phone. and i have given complaint to Sunny Communication 15-16 days ago... and today he has given me a battery and when i used that it is draining 1% in i second. he gave me damaged battery. i am not happy with INTEX service. i want clear answer now. should i get new battery or not? Sir/Madam...i am Abhay shankar from Azad Nagar...i submitted a intex mobile for service on 01/06/2015 but whenever i called that given no. [protected] and email id is also not in use...[protected]@intexcare.in, always told switched off...even i went 3 time that place working people are very irresponsible...ie i will get a chance for filling service pump late then i will give -ve point...very - very bad service center
