[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — WAITING FOR JUSTICE

Intex after sales service is pathetic. My job sheet num is[protected]T001.The serial number of the main product- [protected].My contact num is [protected].I had surrendered my Intex aqua i7 on october, 30th at borivali (West) service centre of Mumbai. I was been told that it had some "mic"issue and it will be resolved in a week's time. When I went after a week, they said that it was not "mic" issue but indeed "motherboard" issue. The executives were themselves not sure how long it will take for them to repair. I was given many dates in a month's time but i din't got the phone repaired. The worst part is that I had to visit the service center everytime to get the information/status about my product.The phone numbers on the jobsheet were either not reachable or unanswered. Finally, after a month, I was been told that i will get replacement of the product but not sure of the date. Today, its been 45 days and counting and i haven't got the delivery of the product from Intex. I am waiting for JUSTICE to happen and counting on the days when INTEX will give me the delivery of the unrepairable Intex phone. So, guys My ADVISE to you will be to AVOID PURCHASING INTEX Phones because of their pathetic AFTER SALES SERVICE. Following are the reasons why one should NOT GO for Intex: [1] Limited number of Service Centers. [2] No information/status is given to customers about their product. [3] Customers will have to regularly visit the service center for the status about their product. [2] Toll Free number displayed on website & Intex bill, i.e,[protected] does not exist. [3] No time period for repairs/replacement. [4] NO backup or standby phone to customers until repair of phone is done. [5] Phone calls to service center number ([protected]-Borivali Service Center) goes unanswered/switched off everytime.[6] Sending them emails to their email id like "[protected]@intextechnologies.com" or "[protected]@intextechnologies.com" is a waste of time as you won't get response from them either. I am really sick and fed up of Intex after sales service. First of all, I have to travel a long place for the Service Center. Second, the problem is not sorted out whereas I am being given "waiting time over and over again". So, people who are planning to buy Intex, My advice will be to avoid buying Intex because of its pathetic and sickening after sales service. When I visited the Service Center, i realised that i was not alone but there were many like me, who were told to wait for weeks and months. If people doubt me, they can just visit the Borivali Mumbai office service center and can realise and experience whether I am right or not.
