Intex Mobile — Warranty Issue

Hello please i am having lots of problem with aqua star set like disappearing contact details, auto switch off etc. I have contact to authorized dealer for 3 times, for 2 times they just updated software and returned back my set which was fresh one but same problem repeated after 3-5 days.After then for a 3rd time they have just hold it down in office. It became 5 days i have left it there but they don't have any feedback yet and maintenance too. I am not satisfied with the team and product of Intex. I am from Nepal.
