Intex Mobile — Worst after sale service | |||
I had submitted my mobile phone at your service center in hubli on 05.06.2015 (Jobsheet no.[protected]t001) with a complaint of sensor problem. At the time of submission i was told that i will be handed over the repaired phone within 25 days. When i called the service center on 01.06.2015 i was told that the replacement set was being sent will be received by 04.07.2015 When i did not get the set on the said date i called them and i was directed to your toll free number, where i was told that the spare is not available and to wait for some days. Today when i called the same number for a update i am told the same old thing" we understand your problem" your person is repeating the sentence but not updating with the information about my phone. Now do advice me on my next action as i am fed up with waiting for your response and thinking about approaching the consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
