My self Riddhi Savakiya. I have purchased intex aqua speed mobile in 5th April, 2015 from Plus Point mobile shop, Jamnagar. I have received pop up of android update in my cell. on installing new android version, my cell got hanged and not started there after. I visited service provider of intex jamnagar - patel Mobiles on 23rd sep15. I was not welcomed properly nor the staff was seems to be technically sound as in my cell the issue was system issue and not the battery. They said it is the battery issue and battery needs to be replaced and it will took 25-30 days. As i was not satisfied with their response as well as technical capacity, i decided to consult the another service provider of intex in my city. When i contacted the other service provider New siddhivinayak mobile, they informed me that jobsheet of the mobile is open in patel mobiles and uptill it is open, we cant take this for servicing. I immediately went at patel mobile service center, and requested them to close the job sheet. they replied it will take time. we are not free, by this evening job sheet will b closed. On next day i again contacted siddhivinayak mobile and again i was informed that job sheet is not closed yet. I again went to patel mobiles and requested to close. then on next to next day i went to siddhivinayak mobile jamngar, andi waited 1.5 hour to have my turn.. still my cell is not get repaired yet even if it is covered in warranty period. If company do not want to serve after selling of product, than why they are giving warranty periods.. Was this information helpful? |
