Intex Technologies — Complaint against poor quality LED replaced under warranty period now not working

Please note that on 18/10/2020 i have booked complaint with Intex against my LED poor color display problem ref no A[protected]. After very long follow Intex has replaced my LED with old repaired LED. But now after one month replaced LED has stopped working there is no power in my LED. I have also booked new complaint with Intex ref no A[protected] dt. 25/12/2020 . Now Intex is asking me to pay visiting charges Rs.500/- under warranty period . You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

Updated by praveen30lucky On dated 11/03/2021 i have booked complaint with Intex regarding my LED is not working but till now my complaint has not attended. Intex product quality & customer care support both are very worst. In Oct, 20 intex has replaced my LED with old repaired LED now after 5 month Intex LED has stopped working there is no display on screen & Intex team is asking to pay visit charges Rs.500/- for under warranty call. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful .

Updated by praveen30lucky Intex is worst brand in Indian market. Intex product quality & service is very bad. I had purchased Intex LED in Oct, 2016. In Oct, 2020 i have faced colour display issue in my LED & i have booked complaint with intex but Intex team response was very bad, after very long follow up Intex has replaced my LED with old repaired LED but again after 4 months my LED is not working. There is no picture display on my LED . I am regularly requesting Intex team to solve my problem but till now nothing happens. Please never buy any Intex product otherwise you have to suffer a lot.
