Intex ups 50 was giving low back up, is under warranty, i approached service centre silicon valley anantnag for change of battery. They gave time of one month to get it solved bt even after 45 days they gave me ups 50 with same battery and assured me that they have changed battery, bt the same problem exists again, i approached to shopkeeper from where i bought it, he opened it and found old battery there, he told me that they have not changed it, that is why problem again persists. I request you sir plz ask them not to cheat customers if they are authorised by you people to serve the people.
