Hi, please help me...
I am very new customer to you Intex. I bought 32'' LED TV on 23rd June 2015 from the Mahipalpur Delhi (Poonam electronics). The day I got my TV in hand, I called Intex customer care to install it and a technician visited my place next to install it. It was installed properly with no problem. I bought Dish TV connection next day and started my TV on 25th June. I noticed that there is a problem in my TV screen. The problem is that TV is giving a huge light from its bottom. This light is same as a flash light and its a very big fault in such a nice brand as Intex.
Once I saw this, I visited to the retailer (Poonam Electronics) and explained the issue. He said that since I have installed my TV already so I will need to talk to Intex people and said I am not responsible for it. I said the problem is from day one I purchased the TV but he was no help. Then I called Intex customer care people on 02/07/2015 and they filled a complaint for it with the complaint number[protected] and a technician visited to my home on 03/07/2015. He checked the TV and said I will need to get it repaired. I clearly said that WHY WOULD I GET IT REPAIRED WITHIN 2 to 3 DAYS. I said I NEED THE REPLACEMENT. Then he took my comments and said that we will call you with the update. I did not get any update, any call or any communication from you people so far.
I am really so tired to deal with this. I called customer care again and they said they are arranging call back from escalation team but again no call back for me was there. Do you know how it feels when you spent alot of money and get nothing in return. This was my hard earned money Sir.
Today I also called customer care and they arranged the call for me. Finally, I got the call and they did nothing but logged another complaint[protected]. This call was from Devendra singh (escalation team). He said a technician will visit again.
My concern is only that Y DO YOU SENDING TECHNICIAN AGAIN AND AGAIN. I NEED THE REPLACEMENT.
Please help me.
