Intex Technologies — i am complaining about my handset intex indie 5 which i submitted in servicentre on 27 sept and 2 months have gone but still i did not get my mobile.

Sir service centre member also not respond surely.
They always tell that it will take more 7 days.
What is this sir i have only used it only 25 days and after that it is in the service centre from 2 months.
I have also tried many times to contact customer care but they always procrastinated by saying that i have registered your complaint and our senior will contact you within 48 hours but no one contact me.
Sir is it sin to buy intex mobile.
And if you dont wanna return it to me than please tell me.
