Purchased new ups battery for pc from globalnet computers, vasai. Ups battery under warranty found swollen under ups case. Battery sent to intex svc cntr on 23/07/2018 - was not accepted by uday thus no log entry. Raised query on 23/07/2018 custome care - agent assured definite call back in 48 hrs - no resolution till date (01/08/2018; 14:28 hrs) Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 12, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved We just saw this message on this platform.. nor did Intex Technologies reach out to us directly (despite having all direct contact number and email0 and decided to indicate this complaint as resolved in this forum only. Due to this Technical Glitch in Customer Satisfaction and Politically Correct Corporate Thugs - We the Customer(s) next time be more vigilant to such responses from Corporates to their unsuspecting / oblivious customers. Intex Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
