I have regestered complaint online on 18/10/2018and gave me an otp to provide ot o engineer if i satisfied with service he provide, local service centre had sent an engineer to review n access my complaint. He came and check d problem n aske to replace penal n as tv is in warrenty period he told me that you will recieve screen in 10 days and he took otp from me after this satisfactory answer. He didnt bother to call even it takes more than 10 days. Today is 23/11/2018 and when i called him he told penal has not been dispatched from company, he gave another peraon number and when i called up, he answerd to contact where i complaint nd told that there are other 15 to 20 complaints pending for d same reason. So its just showing a bogas n verry careless service from service provider either on part of local centre or if what they said is right then directly from the company.
