Intex Technologies — Music system not working , Service center not giving proper response

Brand = Intex Product = Comp MM Speaker Vogue IT 400 SUF MFG Date- sep 2014 Suddenly stop Working, (Under warranty) I given to Intex service center on 16-June -15 for repairing . Before Maximum 15 day they have to repair Product & return back to customer. But today is 29-july -15, I didn't get my music system .
