Intex Technologies — Not received my product for over 2 months.

I have returned my UPS battery on 17/12/2020 on the service centre SHAMBHAVI TRADERS in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh with Jobsheet number A[protected]P001. And after that I visited for minimum 10 tims to tha centre but I only found it closed everytime and the mobile number provided in the receipt also remains switched off. S here is the request to please provide me my item which was under warranty at that time so that I could meet my work and needs fully.
