Intex Technologies — Remote not working | |||
Dear Sir/mam, Myself Pradeep Kumar. I want to say that i have a intex 5.1 Home Theatre suddenly its remote is not working and i also submitted the remote to Authorised intex service center at laxmi nagar but they said its not repairable we are sending the request to company for new remote and new remote charges is rs 170/- I sumitted the remote to service centre on 07 january 2015 but till today they give me lots of excuses every time they said sir stock is coming soon. So please tell me what i do?? I complaint your customer care also but they said sir please mail us ur complaint on our official mail id. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
