Investor India Gurgaon — fraud of 2 lacs | |||||
In mid june 2018 the investor india gurgaon-broker abhishek sharma came to us with the confirm flat allotment under management quota. We have booked flat in avl and given 2 lacs under that quota and investor india given us written confirmation that we will get confirm allotment of flat. The project name is avl 36a in sector 36a. Apart from that we have given 1.25 lac to avl as 5 % advance for flat.in oct'18 when draw date came the people of investor india not even told us about the draw and after investigating we came to know we are in waiting list and got cheated. Then when we asked investor india why it happens then investor india are making useless excuse saying that some issue has happen and they are negotiating with builder. Then we asked investor india to return back our hard-earned money which they denied and theaten me. Then we told investor india to return back the amount quickly as we will make complaint, these people will stop picking our call. Till date there is still sum of 2 lac pending at there end. Now they are blackmailing us to give our documents back then we will give amount back and give threatening message to us. Now i want payment along with compensation. This is fraud.
