Fully fraud company, has no value for customer, they just eat your money by mediating in between the real estate company and the customer. When you are in problem, they just do not care to respond. Avoid this third party and do the business directly. Just use this platform only to compare and select the property and you will get cheaper deal.

I bought on flat through investors clinic and in return they have committed to issue the credit note of 2% after 90 days of successful completion of the payment, it's been 1 year now, i give them lots of reminders but no one is bother to respond. neither they are interested to attend the calls.

never ever believe on them, i am sharing the mails snapshots.

This is a distress call. I am writing with great hope to get this resolved.

They are procrastinating on getting a resolution.

I was approached by Investor Clinic that your property which is stuck in Supertech Hill Town, there is a lucrative offer where customers can migrate their property to Migsun in Greater Noida. End to end every money and bank loans will be transferred to this fresh property which will be delivered by 31st March 2021. This conversation started in mid of Sep 2020. My only condition to swap the property at that time was the pre-emi which i have paid on behalf of Supertech to HDFC Bank should be re-reimbursed. On 30th Sep i received an email from Investor Clinic that we have received the approval and will be able to get all your money transferred without any hassle and we can go ahead. After multiple confirmations and by speaking to their higher officials, i went ahead with payment of 10% of the initial booking amount at Migsun.

I had a very bad experience, it was just a reverse what was promised. HDFC bank was introduced to get the loan sanctioned . This was also a nightmare, no checks were done on their efficiency . After paying 10% of the amount, as if Investor Clinic forgot to act, we did multiple follow ups, in January we asked to meet at Supertech office, it was saturday and IC was not knowing that Saturday Supertech office are closed for customer visit. Anyhow, it was a major shock through Supertech official the file has not been put for the transfer and this transfer will not happen.

Somehow this was sorted out on 20th Jan 2021 end, MOU was signed and again a false promise was made by IC, saying sir there will be one more MOU that will be for your PEMI of outstanding amount will be done post this MOU submission. That MOU has never come till date.

After lot of follow ups and push to IC, they change their stand, Sir it is your money to Supertech, so you need to follow up with them and we will support you at the backend.

We had another task to complete that was for Home Loan part, those inefficient HDFC took five months to sanction the loan and on 30th March the loan was finally sanctioned and in April 14th outstanding payment to the builder was released.

Since then we are running pillars to post, IC has put everything on us, saying sir it is your money, you will have to fight & IC does not have any solution. They have big time cheated us.

I reached out to customer care of IC too and it is more than a month and they are procrastinating, i do not see any resolution coming.

This is where i am on this platform to get promised money of outstanding 12, 41, 780/- back, i am not asking for penalty amount nor to pay the interest on top of this amount, is the request i have made to get me the credit note transferred to Migsun builder for the booking which i have done in Ultimo project.

I purchased a plot in wave city by your sales person upadhyay.[protected]@investorsclinic.co and jadoun.[protected]@investorsclinic.co . They promised me to give a discount and that I will have to pay only 43.5 lacs for plot. Now I have been calling them since last 4 months but they are not ready to pay my remaining amount. I have their words from their email id and also their call recordings.
It is a big trust issue for customers purchasing a property from investors clinic and before posting it on all my social media channels, I am looking forward to you if you can resolve this issue without requiring to do so by me.

Hope you will resolve it asap.

I got a call by [protected] name saurabh from invester clinic try to cheat me on the name of supertech golf country booking. When he was not success started misbehavior abusing etc. With client.I think he is not fit for company reputation.Company must take it in to consideration.beware from no [protected] its not fit for deal.

I have bought a ready to move in flat in Mahagun Mywoods and it was committed that as per rera Dec'19 that flat supposed to deliver but till now I have not got any information and even invester clinic is not updating about the property they have sold.

What a cheat behaviour

I have purchased a flat in Gaur 7th avenue through Investors Clinic, due to some financial reason I have to cancel the unit, when I contacted Gaurs office they told me that as I have booked the unit through Investors Clinic, I have to get a NOC from Investors clinic only then Gaurs will initiate the flat cancellation process.

It has been 4 months since I am following up with the Investors clinic team ( Initially with Madu then with Shashak Gulati) and they have yet not provided the NOC, when I consistently follow and ask them to tell me the reason behind the delay they told me that Saurabh Bhatia from account team is not issuing the NOC because it will impact the commission they have earned from the Gaur and they will have to book a LOSS and they will not do that. So, they will not issue NOC.

I have call records & WhatsApp messages showing the communication and how they have processed my complaint. Now for the last 2 weeks, Shashank has stopped taking my calls and replying to my WhatsApp messages.

There people call you daily at the time of sale. They hide the information with customers and when you paid them than they will become disappear. They even not picking your call or respond.

They don’t have any customer care where you can call them if raise your issue.

This whole investor clinic approach is like black box. These people are fraud never trust on investor clinic.

I made initial booking payment of Rs 50 K for a shop at ELAN BUILDCON PVT on December 20, 2020 with an understanding that if I change my mind, the money will be refunded within a week. The very next day I informed Mr. Sameer Goel (Investor Clinic) that due to some personal reasons, I do not want to continue with this property. He assured me that no worries, we will refund you the money. Now till date despite my repeated follow ups and requests he has made me fool and not got the money refunded. It looks like I am begging for my money. Can anyone look into this and get my 50 K refunded at the earliest pls.

It is been one year since when Investor Clinic told us that they will help us get rid of our property with Jaypee in exchange for one of their own property. In all faith, we bought that, more than a year now...I am paying two EMIs one of my Jaypee and another Investor clinic Beetal lab. Absolute harassment with no one paying attention and reverting to us. Every time they say next week in it's it close to 12 months. ALso met owner Mr Katiyal, no result.

I am filing this complaint, so that they can't do fraud with other people. Never do business with Investor clinic.

Hello Team,

I have a flat at Supertech Officers Enclave E20A for which I have paid 28L to the Supertech. Since the construction is not going on, I opted for a property switch and planned to move to Gaur Yamuna city, Radhe Kunj Plots.

It was told to me 26L would be adjusted from the existing propery and booking amount of 10% (Around 4lakh) have additional being taken from me in October 2020.

Till date:
- I have not been given receipt for the Rs. 4, 00, 000 amount taken from me.
- The booking receipt is not given.
- Original ATS document has not being handed over.

The agent have been avoiding my calls. I have all the email communication from his official email id:

I contacted investors clinic in 2019 April for a flat in Guar city !! It was a ready to move unit .My loan was approved and everything was clear by end of 2019 ..but when it came to handing over the unit ..they delayed it for month and now it’s 2021 eveen today there is work incomplete and I have not got my house keys
Pathetic experience

I have searching a PMAY plan in 2017 and one call was coming to me for a meeting at IC. Where I meet Mr Ajay Hans, Gulshan Agrawal and Mukesh Handa for the flat. They promised me and agreement to buy the supertech upcountry flat has been done. Till the time possession of the flat was not given. No one of the company now responding about this.

My self Raman Bedi brother of Himanshu Bedi who has made payment to Investor clinic of INR 1, 52, 000 on 4th March 2019 for booking amount of flat in Ajnara Panorma in Noida. Mr. Mukul Midda and Devendra Sahni was involved in booking from Investor Clinic. We have not been provided any receipt or booking form against the same despite of multiple follow ups over phone. They have told some scheme benefits verbally like rental income till possession, 50000 cash back, Etc. However, later on they have refused and told these benefits are now invalid. Therefore, we have asked them to refund our money. But we haven’t received the money paid to IC.
Also, they have promised for commission to my brother Himanshu Bedi on referral. My brother had referred 4 bookings for which nothing have been paid.

My bike no is DL5SCG 6756.. It's on the name of my company investors clinic pvt ltd.. They showroom and the authorites are not providing me the RC from the past 1 year and my vechile insurance is pending too and i m scared to carry my vechile out of the state as i dont have the proper documents .. I have visited the Loni authority delhi thrice but there's no solution too..

Investor clinic cheated me giving incomplete and wrong information about migsun vilaasa project. Representative told me that there is 10% discount and 151 gift offer scheme going one and given me cost sheet deducted 10% discount, convinced me saying of anything do not go as per discussion, i can cancel booking, will get full amount refunded.

When i have done with booking unit paying more than 10%. I got agreement paper with full price, nothing was deducted or mentioned about discount amount and 151 gift items. I raised question about cost and discount amount and denied signing agreement, untill not cleared discount amount and 151 gifts. They sent me a paper mentioning discount 10% having lots terms and conditions applied, all depend on builder. They sent paper for 151 gift items which has also terms and conditions applied. They did not make sign or stamp where the list of items mentioned. They are not ready to sign, even after asking them.

I have asked for full refund from migsun, they are not responding of email and picking phone. Investor clinic agents behavior got change when i asked for refund.

Hi team,

Investor clinic executive provided me offer to transfer one of my unit in supertech sportsvillage to supertech upcountry by paying 90% of the amount.

I have paid 36 lakhs (Approx) to investor clinic in their account and now they are delaying paper transfer of that unit in e-3 apartment under name of arvind kumar nigam and prabha nigam.

They commited to complete paper transfer within 15 days but now they are delaying it.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
