Hi,

I have booked one co-work office space in bhutani grandthum startup nation (Unit no. 2004) through investors clinic. But due to some personal urgency i have to withdraw my application.
I requested builder to cancel my booking and refund the paid amount but builder is saying investors clinic is not releasing the noc. I have been in follow up with investors clinic for noc but they are delaying for last 15 days.
Investors clinic is number one brokerage firm in india and this kind of customer handling is not expected from them. I heard good things about them and their customer centric approach but my experience is saying otherwise.
Request you to help in resolving my issue

Hi team,

I purchased a flat in "mahagun mantra sec 10 noida extension" last year through one of the agents named "arjun bhatia" from investors clinic. His phone number is [protected] with a complaint# sts: 14420, ic/cc/1219/10628. This flat was sold with a commitment that i would get a credit note issued to me worth (1025*70= 71750) before getting the possession which i haven't received. I have been in talks with the investors clinic team however they aren't able to help me either. As an evidence, i have also shared the call recordings and whatsapp chat to support the fact that what i am saying is absolutely true and i should get what i was promised however they don't seem to be helping me out with this matter.

Please let me know what i can do to take some action against to get the funds.

It is so easy for a company like investors clinic and gaursons to make a fool out of a consumer. They are not responsible and are not taking my case seriously. Its been more than 25 days and i am still waiting.

Inappropriate comments and defaming companies without proof and genuine reasons.

No one can not use such a bad language for anyone for their personal grudges. Every company has its own pros and cons but you can not harass any human being in public.
Unnecessarily damaging the image of the firm in the eyes of public and creating hype of negativity on false bases.

This is to inform that i am vibhor jain who booked flat at gaur's project @ o985 in gaur city center mall, in jan 19 through investor's clinic, agent name - saurabh jain (Mob: [protected])

Saurabh jain cheated me as all commitment done by him before booking was totally wrong/different, as compare to after booking,
Please find the list of commitment done to me before and after booking.

S. No commitment done before and after booking by saurabh jain
1 before - this is a subvention plan, under which builder will pay the interest to bank till i get the possession.
After - instead of subvention plan this is a special scheme in which builder will pay the interest only till june 2020
2 before - the plan will be 10% (Booking amount), 40% (With in 60 days of booking) and 50% (During time of possession)
After - the plan was 10% (Booking amount), 50% (With in 60 days of booking) and 40% (During time of possession)
3 before - in sample mou provided by saurabh jain (Ic agent) before booking, it is clearly mentioned at point number - 4 that "for any delay in possession builder will responsible to pay interest to bank till offer of possession"
After - on mou provided by builder, it is clearly mentioned at point number - 6, that "the second party (Myself)" understand that in case o[censored]nit booked under this special discount scheme, penalty for delay in handling over the possession mentioned in allotment will not be applicable or payable by the first party (Builder - gaursons) in any circumstances and second party has no right to claim the same from the first party."

So i decided to cancel by booking,
And saurabh jain ensures me that i will get my booking amount back, but suddenly he stopped picking my phone, and starts ignoring me.
And after continues follow up for around 5 months he said that your booking amount has been forfeited by builder.

This is height of harassment and cheating, please take some action against him, and help me in getting my booking amount back.

Note: i have all written proof for above commitments, please refer attached mou provided by saurabh jain before booking which is totally different with mou i received after booking by builder.

I am rajiv ranjan singh, recently i have visited one of your site named gaur 14th avenue. Site visit was arranged by shubham tyagi. I visited the site then he took me to the office where he scheduled a meeting with nakul tyagi. We discussed about the plan. He asked me to deposit rs.11000. To make the booking which is 100% refundable. I asked him for few more time to take decision but he was consistently insisting me to make the deposit of 11000. And he also ensures me that if i want to cancel the booking the amount will be refunded to very next day. By keeping his word and company reputation i agree to pay 11000 as a cash in there office. Now i want my money refunded back and i didn't get my money back. From more than one week nakul is keep saying that money will be refunded today. Finally i am fed up with his excuses and i reach out to support team to highlight this issue. Please support to get my money back.

Really i would like to tell you that these deeds are making a negative reputation of the company.

Please listen the attached calls. The employees of investors clinic are cheating their customer. One of employee chandan bhist has cheated me and sold me the flat in extra 4 lakh. Whomsoever ever is going to buy the flat from them must listen these recordings. I have enough recordings to get these people behind that bars. I will soon take them court. I will report this to local police authority and get you all arrested.

I was promised by Mr. Rajesh Choudhary (Investor clinic Assistant Director) that if we final a deal for flat we would be provided with lights\fans by him in that flat however after the flat was booked Jan 2019 via investor clinic i have been following up with him. Every time i call either my call is not picked or Mr. Rajesh ask me to wait for more days.

It is a very very worst experience with Investor Clinic and i regret my decision to go with Investor clinic.

I had like to purchase office sin blouevard walk, so i give a booking amount to one of his executive-yogesh sharma,

But later i come to know about this project & decided not to buy.

Since 1 year i was trying to call every yogesh, his boss gaurav, but no one is answering my call.

And after few month he give me a cheque of amounting rs 21000, but this is also return to bank, may be he stop the cheque.

Please help

I have booked flat through investor clinic person chandan bisht & papu singh in gour city 7th avenue, now I have received agreement which flat cost is so high as compare to inform by investor clinic person.when I talked them that cost is high then they confirm that your debit note under updation and it will update within week, today more then 7 month has been passed but status is same.request to you pls do something otherwise I have to move consumer court against fraud case .

I have bought a flat in gaur atulyam, greater noida through ic, at the time of sale they have provided me a credit note of 98800rs/-, which need to be paid in final payment. Now i have asked them to pay this amount, they are only making false promises by extending days and i need to clear my dues with gaursons as after the payment date i need to pay interest on that due amount.

I transferred for unit below 26th floor in 14 avenue gaur city 2 but unit given on 27th floor. Ravi sharma is the executive who misguided me. I did as i was asked by ravi and his senior. But at the end none of his team mates responding to my call and query. Instead deducting admin fee for no reason. Do i need to pay when i didn't asked for 27 floor??

Now they have stopped to reapond me. I feel this people have cheated me. Payment is made in favour of gaursons promoters pvt. Ltd.

I booked a studio apartment through an investors clinic executive at supertech's upcountry along yamuna expressway. The executive had said that there would be a return rental cheque for 36 months, which the builder has not issued so far. For last one year, mr singh kept delaying things and said the company will issue the cheques next month, which never happened. Last time, he advised me to accompany him to the builder's office to take it up with them, and on the promised date he delayed it again, never to do the job. I am fed up the things.

I have booked a unit at amrapali through investor clinic and made payement 5% payment but before amrapali gets bankrupt, i asked luckily to change my unit from amrapali to another society and they promised me to adjust the oldamount to new one. Yes more then half of the amount i got back by fighting months but yes this company is actually making my life hell just for 70k rupees, which is left in 5% which i paid earlier. They have also took all my agreements original doc and now making me call them everyday for a small amount. You cannot expect this from a company like this. They are just for show. Very poor management and the way of work is literally low standard. I have all the recordings as well, will surely publish them over social media and other legal org very soon.

I booked a flat in cherry county noida extension through investors clinic noida and investors clinic released credit not of 118000/ to my mail after long follow up on email with investors clinic customer care. When i ask for payment against credit note to investors clinic customer care they are making false promises and are not honoring their commitment. We went there four times but no response. Very bad and sad experience with investors clinic i advise the consumers/customers never think about investors clinic for any property deal.

Our mr agent... Deepak kumar jee is not receiving our calls after promising us to provide bba dis week... I dont know who has selected such unprofessional agents who only know how to grab a cheque from customer... And when dey are asked about follow up they switch off there phone...

I booked my flat through Investors Clinic, they has given to me commitment on booking times now they do not fulfill their comments, not pickup the phone and not respond.

Koi bhi Customer inki baato par Visvas nahi kare kyuki inko bus booking kane hai cheating karke, uske baad Customer ko pareshaan karna hai.

I have booked a Unit on 28th May 2018 in GaurCity2 16th Avenue, J 71. I Received Sanction letter before one month till then i went 5 times in Gaur's Office Indirapuram for BBA and for further procedure but every time after 2-3 hours waiting they said that your file is still not login please contact your Sales Person, when i ask my sales person regarding this i got every time same answer that its delayed from Gaur's Side what can i do, i am totally confused with this type of service, please tell me the current status of my booking if its not done by this week so unfortunately i have to cancel my unit and shift in another project who can be fair with his commitment. and please reply ASAP

Have cut my tds on amount rs 25167 that they never paid in 30-06-16.
Neither they inform me about their action.
Due to there negligence i got mail from income tax that why i have not shown my income from investor clinic against 194h.
