The investors clinic is big fraud as they try to take out money from potential buyers (Prey) by tapping all the means possible.
When they found that jaypee greens is going to be bankrupot they promised to transfer the money from jaypee and provide some other property by adjustment. (Ready to move in). Mr divy gupta is the person from ic to start the matter. Subsequently many more persons like saurabh, avita, meenu arora, pranav sharma, pooja kumari etc added in this conspiracy.
I am waiting from past one year though they get money transferred from jaypee to their name and even taken around 11 lacs from me also but did not provide me the flat.

Now they are even refusing to refund my hard earned money (Most of it is my pf)
They have a strong nexsus with builders to execute such frauds.
Even their directors are directly involved in plotting the conspiracy.

If anyone in investors clinic is really a gentle man. He or she must return my hard earned money

Dear mr. Saurabh arora (Investors clinic),

1. I am approaching you through this complaint forum as you are the only person i know who has been the single point contact for my investment through investors clinic in “amrapali adarsh awas yojna”
2. At the outset i would like to bring out certain things about myself, so that you can assist me further :-
(A) i am a serving army man with approx. 25 yrs of service with the indian army. I was commissioned in the year 1992 and i have had the opportunity to serve in almost all the theatres, ie in the jungles of east, deserts of rajasthan, glaciated terrain of ladakh & kargil, plains of punjab, valley of kashmir etc.
(B) i have actively participated in’ operation vijay’ or the so called ‘kargil war’ and have faced live action, which i am proud of. My daughter was one day old when i was called for the war, which i happily went and to my luck and god grace survived, even though approx. 100 artillery had landed close to me, i had lost my near and dear colleagues in the same war.
(C) for the last two years i have been posted to kashmir valley (Kupwara) in active counter terorrism and counter insurgency role. I have been actively involved in many operations in the valley to ensure peace in the region. However, due to harassment being faced now, due to a failed investment with investors clinic, i am not able to concentrate on my task/ work.
3. I had invested an amount of approx. Rs. 15 lakh on suggestion from your esteemed company in ‘amarpali adarsh awas yojana’ in february 2016. During the initial interaction your company had recommended me investing in the project as it was a sound investment with a reputed builder. I suppose before suggesting me to make an investment in the project, your company would have done the background check of the company, the project, the registration, land availability, permissions etc. Etc. I had invested my hard earned money in the project just on your recommendations and your companys’ reputation.
4. I have got no intimation from amarpali regarding receipt of cheques (Handed over to your representative in your presence) and whether i have been registered in the project or not. The brochure of the project says that, “this revolutionary idea (Of adarsh awas yojna) earned the trust of more than 4000 happy families and helped them achieve the dream of owning their home. Amrapali group really looks forward to creating more such oppurtunities for government employees and various other public sector employees.” your company was the service provider for the project and i was lured into investing in a project supposedly for government employees, in one of the faq’s it is mentioned that service charge being paid towards investors clinic by the client are in lieu of the various services being rendered by investors clinic throughout the process starting from the booking of the unit until possession. However, it seems now that your company is not providing any services and returning my money which has been invested on your recommendations in a project which has not taken off.
5. Most of the time your answer is that the builder has not got any money, i suppose that your company is hand in glove with the builders in managing funds for them, this is an economic and a financial crime of highest order. Your company recently was involved with an fm channel for providing a flat to martyrs family (A noble cause), the tag line being – “deenge unko ghar, jo ladte hain border per”.

However the tag line should have been, seeing your double face dealings – “cheenege unka ghar, jo ladte hain border per”

Just because i am a simple army man who is serving in highly active counter insurgency and counter terrorist area, fighting the terrorists daily, you have consumed my life savings and have financed a project which was never to take off, hence siphoning it to the builder and probably getting huge amounts yourself. Your ceo & founder - investors clinic, is supposed to be the one who dreams with open eyes and works relentlessly because his dreams dosen't let him sleep, however it seems he has become a dreamer, who gets up in the morning and forgets his dream and ensures that none of the investors have a sound sleep.
6. Your company and management is truly set in a different mould, for a real estate marketer (S). Sharp in conducting business, unassuming while dealing with colleagues and associates and of course fleecing the innocent investors. I am going through a severe mental trauma and financial crisis and am not able bear this harassment being meted out to me. You have given me an option to invest in some other project and you will transfer my principal amount only to that project wherein i have to pay additional rs5/6 lakhs also. Please clarify the status of interest on the amount invested on your recommendations now for approx. Two years? I recommend following options, or else this army man would have to take assistance of government, press, media and judicial system :-

(A) return my principal amount of rs 14, 43, 000/- (Rupees fourteen lakhs forty three thousand only) with requisite interest accruing on the same since march 2016.

(B) suggest a project wherein the payment options remain the same as were in the adarsh awas yojana, and transfer the principal amount with interest into that project.

7. I hope and wish that you will come up with some solution at the earliest and will not harass this army man, so that he can serve the nation with peace of mind.

First of all, i would like to thank investors clinic in getting my blocked funds in jaypee's naturvue project, and getting it transferred to another builder's project — boulevard walk by home and soul in the year 2016.

My office space unit no. Is 2421a in boulevard walk (Greater noida, west). I requested investors clinic (Ic) in the end of november 2017 that i want to resell it and they told me my unit has been put on reselling list by the resale department at ic.

The total cost of the unit is rs.35, 31, 442/- (Including covered car parking of rs.3.95 lakhs). I have paid rs.18, 74, 235/- till date which i want as the price. I do not want any profit on it as i need the money urgently due to some personal/family reasons. I am a middle-class person and both my parents are dependent on me, as i am the sole earner in my family. My family booked the 2bhk flat in jaypee. But when the project was scrapped and jaypee got bankrupt, we had to buy a similar flat to live. Now i have loans of rs.40 lacs in my name for which i am paying emis every month. My condition has become hand to mouth, as my entire salary goes into emi. We even had to borrow from relatives few months back. I need money to repay half of my loan.

I have been told by ic that the basic price is currently rs.7290 psf versus rs.6490 psf when i booked the unit. However, more than 1.5 months have passed and the resale department at ic has not got a single buyer for my above-mentioned property.

This is in regards to the flat that we had taken from one of the agent working at investor clinic - ritesh arora, delhi in today homes project - ridge residency project in noida.

Ritesh arora did promise us for commission amount at the time of purchase of this unit in year 2011, but even after regular follow ups with investor clinic on this, they don't provide us with a proper update or response. Ritesh did hand this thing to his junior mr puneet, but even he wasn't able to provide us with the commission amount and did waste our time.

Hope this reaches to the owner of investor clinic company and he provide us with the solution.

Hi everyone

I have booked a flat in noida extension through investor clinic march 2017. I visited investor clinic office and gave my documents and cheque to get the booking done. After deleyed the possession i send a flat cancellation request builder gave me the option of taking a refund on the condition i obtain noc from the broker (Investor clinic)

After that, i wrote to investor clinic explaining the same. It has been more than 1 weeks, i am following up with investor clinic to provide me with noc. But, they are refusing. I mailed to customer care at investor clinic for same and he denied the request for giving my noc certificate.

I said, i need the noc for my booking. But, investor clinic is still refusing.

Please don't book your flat through investor clinic. You will end up in mess

I had booked a unit in h8-0506 amrapali enchante, on dec 2014 by investors clinic. The person (Jitendra ram dev) who sold this unit by exaggeratimg the project and had personally taken the responsibility of amrapali project is now not responding. There is no update on this project, and this project has not even started. I have already send the email to invester clinic and dine several tweets yo ceo honey katyal last year but seems he is also involve in this fraud. Guys never buy projects from these cheaters (Investors clinic)

One of your employee screwed everthing. I purcahsed a flat in aditya city apartments last year may 2016 and after that there was np follow up done and he never answered my call and never replied to me. I booked this flat under byaj mukt awas yojana. Later on he told me he will give me 50 50 payment plan not byaj mukt and i was ok with it. I never got my allotment agreement according to the updated payment plan. And moreover when i called him if i can get a refund of this as there is some problem in my family and asked for the resolution as i wont be able to do this he closed my case without my permission and never informed about the refund or anything. I clearly told him please update me about this whether refund will be an option or not. Now when i am trying to arrange money because i dont want to loose the money which i paid he closef my case without letting me know and without my permission. When i called him today for the update and where is my new allotment letter he argued with me and his behaviour was not at all acceptable. He is not at all eligible to work with such a reputed company. He never understands his client. He is pathetic. I want to make a strict conplaint against him as he shrewed everything. It was my hard earned money and he didnt even give it a thought before closing my case he didnt even ask me whether you want to continue or not. I want a resolution on this asap. I moreover this is my first and the last deal with ic just because of this stupid guy. He is good for nothing.

We draw reference to a letter received from the developers informing your inability to execute your monthly committed returns for the period November 2016 through to October 2017.

Please note that the aforesaid monthly payments were committed by the developer and/or by the authorised signatories at the time of purchase of the aforesaid unit. The sale was concluded purely based on such inducement. Withdrawal from their commitments after we having fulfilled our part of the contract (by way of timely payment of our agreed installments) is highly disgraceful and not acceptable to us, for any reasons stated therein or thereafter.

The developer is therefore requested to please pay the future interests due by them in a timely manner or refund the full payment made by us of Rs. 10, 12, 296.00 on or before 31 December 2016 failing which legal proceedings shall be initiated by us.

It is strongly in your interests to avoid the additional expense and embarrassment of a court appearance. We strongly advise reaching at an amicable solution. We can be reached for discussion on [protected]/ [protected]

I have paid 10 lakh rs for the virtual space and at the time of booking i had to assured you will always get the assured return cheques. But from last month cheques hav been stopped and also got the letter that i company will not issue any assured return cheque till oct-17 due to monitory issues.

This project is already extremely delayed and in an assured return plan how you can stop the payment. That is completely unethical. I call your company executive and asked several queries and she told she will reply but she never responded.

I demanded proper action from company side. You are reputed organization and i never expected this.

Please return all my money or stick to your commitment.

All is scam to get money by advertisment in newspaper and party meetings at radissions and 5star hotels with staff. Would suggest to all pls dont book further with them as they are not sensetive about problems and lets louder voice against cheatings, misselling, wrong committments, 420, sign frogery, non disclosure of facts

I have given Rs. 286000/ cheque - to Amrapali for Adarsh Awas yojna and rs 12500/_ to Investor clinic. Hope you have investigated it and I have already mentioned to refund All Money in my trail mails .

I am writing and talking from last 7 months with senior staff and helpline and below email ids but they all are not giving any results Orientation for Refund and there is no Refund why are not you refunding my hard earned money.

This delay has given harassment and loss of returns and pushing me for louder voice and to take support from News channels, politicians and complaints on online social media, legal lawyers???so i am doing here.

Its a 3rd class company with terrific management. Please don't join this company, they hire the people for short period, after completion of project they fired them without any reason. If company doesn't provide the backup plans of employee growth and can't afford the employees then why you hired the people from good companies. They are playing with employee's career and ruined it. Suggest those people who are looking for job in Investors Clinic, please don't join it.

I was looking for a residential flat in Noida extension NCR and heard about Amrapali Enchante. So A broker from Investors clinic @Jitendra Ramdev approached me and told me to buy the same flat. He also told me lots of stories how he helped people from builder and boasts about after sale service given by him / investors clinic. Though I was not fully convinced but somehow he did get the deal from me . I was under impression that this guy would defenetely help me but after he sold the flat he even refused to talk about the issues I was facing. Now I m only left with legal option to fight with investors clinic as this guy is making fool to a lot of people and investors clinic is promoting him to get the deal for them at any cost. This person must be held accountable for Harrssing customers.

Dear Cherry County and ABA Corp Management

Myself Deepak Kumar Jeswani, having flat A2 2002, which was sold to me (End of 2014 year) with wrong information by Investor Clinic and I was told that this flat no. is not top floor and after making 10% payment and I was informed by Axis Bank / Cherry members that this is top floor. Then I put grievances to Investor clinic. At that time I was confirmed that they would provided lower floor in next two three months and to keep me mum / salient, I was confirmed that they would provide 20K as compensation for next two / three months arrangement of lower. Now from Jain 2015 to till date, No one is responding inspite matter has been taken highest. Hence I request you to keep note of this thing as customer cheated by such property agent. and please black list for current & future projects such agent to sale such high quality construction.

Their service level such that they dont pick phone(from last 20 months), whether its Karan, Prahlad, Vikas, GREAT VIVEK SAWHNEY (whose reference). I know its bit difficult for you but its end customer request not to pay their agent commission which they might get from you as well and influence them close this long pending issue. I have no complain about Cherry County Quality however such misselling by agent would hamper your image as these are informing that they exclusive agent for ABA corp.

Request ABA corp management team, please look into such issue as they using your name (image, quality delivery commitment) for missale and that too such disaster service level. Below is one of recent email, if you want I can share earlier mail also.

Investors Clinic has issued a credit note for Rs 1.85 lacs to me at the time of booking my flat in Greenopolis, Sec-89, Gurgaon in 2012. The terms of the credit note said that they would pay me this amount after I have paid 40% of the flat booking value to the builder.

I have paid 70% of the flat till now. Even after 15 months of follow up they are not paying my money. They don't respond to mails and phone calls. Their customer care simply says that they are helpless. Even their Director is unable to help.

I have booked a Flat 891 sqft size in Cherry county aba corp builder in noida Ext. Through Investor clinic. due to wrong information provide to me from IC agent and on time of Agreement IC agent trying to cheat. i have requested to cancel the booking and requested to refund the amount.
Now Investor clinic and aba corp is not refunding booking amount.

I booked a virtual space no 28082 in astralis in supernova through investor clinic on 06 March 2016 for which I have paid 50000.00
at the time of booking investor clinic promise that they con firmly give 50-50 plan i.e 50% on booking & 50% on possession.
but during the confirmation call after 2-3 days I came to know that investor clinic book my unit under 50-40-10 plan i.e 50% on booking 40% on structure and 10% on possession.
When i asked them for 50-50 plan or some other near by suitable plan they, Show there inability to give 50-50 plan and asked me to send the mail for cancellation the booking
Since i already managed finance by loan and premature broken of my investment i some how book same other unit by other broker.
Now i asked them to refund my money or give NOC to adjusted the money in new booking they refuse to give NOC & there personnel (Mr. Karan) asked Twenty Five Thousand for NOC
So i requested investor clinic not to make false promise and to refund my money

Please be aware of this cheater company and the only option I am left with to file a 420 case in courts:

1. I have purchased a studio apartment in 2009 in AMR I homes Kessel valley project of 390 sq ft for approx. 12 lakh consideration.

2. I have given approx. 50% of money but till date no dealer discount which was committed to release in 6 months is given. Complaint Id IC/CC/0812/0904 and last update on Jan 2013 and hence no further action/resolution.

3. 1, 17000 Rs supposed to be deposit to AMR builders is vanished now. Investor /clinc is saying money deposited to AMR but no further proof or willing to contradict builder with me. Please note I have signed letter of Amit Raheja confirming about receipt of money but nobody is willing to listen because of our complex/lazy judicial system.

4. The people involved were Manjeet Dhaka (Head Sales), Sumit Raheja (Director), Amit Raheja (Director) and Paras Raheja.

5. I am not alone and I know atleast 5 from my company who has been cheated for same scam with different tricks.

Due to financial constrains I have asked for refund from Builder.
Booking was done on June Month 2013 and was purchased on construction linked plan.Following from last 6 Months. Builder is not refunding.
