[Resolved]  Iob Alleppey Branch — payment not received

I tried to take the payment from federal bank atm at edathua on 28th january and while taking payment of 4000rs there was a power failure and the machine got off and money didn't came out. When power comes cash didn;t come out. I called up the iob bank alleppey and was informed informed to wait for 24hrs. On 30th january i given a written complaint also to the alleppey branch. But till now there is no response they got and i also dont have any information about my cash. I spoke with customer care people also and they have given complaint id as crm[protected] but no response. Please help me in this regard and make sure the money will reach to me even it is late
