Ion Exacense Aquacare — amc service not provided for over a year

I had availed amc for the aquaguard water filter for three years. But the technician has not come for over a year now. When i called their customer care, they shamelessly say they have been making calls and that i have not given them an appointment. One fine day a technician calls and i ask him to come on saturday when i am not at work, the technician does not turn up again and no follow up calls either. Pathetic service and extremely bad customer experience. I am really considering approaching the consumer court and lodge a formal complaint.
