I had availed amc for the aquaguard water filter for three years. But the technician has not come for over a year now. When i called their customer care, they shamelessly say they have been making calls and that i have not given them an appointment. One fine day a technician calls and i ask him to come on saturday when i am not at work, the technician does not turn up again and no follow up calls either. Pathetic service and extremely bad...

Please be aware that the company ion exacense aquacare has cheated us by taking amc for 2 years for 8500 by mentioing they are from aquaguard.

They have a call center and service officers who visit our homes by mentioning that they are from aquaguard.

They have bills, id cards and logos very similar.

They are not from aquaguard. I have asked for a refund.
