I have purchased ion ph[protected], after installation, for few months it worked good later i found water leakage...

When 1st time i called ur tech he said because of munical water, water is not getting sweetness,,

So he asked me take amc, so that whenever filter changes or service neeeded in between i need not pay anything..
.in case if i enroll with annual maintainace contract,,

So finally i paid 8175 for 2yrs contract.

For again 1yr i did not find any issues, later on 11-03-18 i found again many issues with machine... Over flow and there was no sweetness in water..

I am trying to contact to technician his number is not contactable.. And later i tried contacting helpline they are just raising ticket...

Around 5 -6 times i have raised complaint... Nobody are reverting back...

So, i also remember mr jeevan or uday you also spoke me on day when i purchased machine..

.. Atleast you pls help me to contact u, i do know why this people are not reverting me

Pls take immediate action.. I need reply from you as soon as possible
