We had called the contact number from Google using search criteria for Aquaguard service and a technician came and performed maintenance, however he said that the filter candles are spoilt and needs replacement. We took an AMC from him also. However the purifier stopped working in few minutes, repeated calls to him was of no result, so logged another call with Eureka Forbes. This was when they came and informed that the other company has no tie up nor is an authorised provider for them. The technician that came earlier had not used Aquaguard products as replacement and did not perform any maintenance in the purifier.
What was shocking, that when we called for the first time, they already had our contact details and purifier model data.If they are not dealers for Eureka Forbes Aquaguard how did they have these details.
