One of the worst service and they are cheaters. They come for the first service and take Rs.350/- as a service charge and later on they do your water fileter in such way that you need to call for them to service every time.
Again they tell you that you have to pay Service charge of 350/- or you may take AMC which is a trap. At that point any of the customer would buy for it and while availing they say everything will be covered under...

We had called the contact number from Google using search criteria for Aquaguard service and a technician came and performed maintenance, however he said that the filter candles are spoilt and needs replacement. Sir, i have a eurekaforbes ro+uv water filter and was under the amc of ionexacense for 2 years vide customer id no. 35239 and still valid.
The water filter developed problem of filter tank over flow. Two technicians visited and said they will come back with the level sensor and it is more than 3 weeks. Till date not attended and their toll free number not reachable. I have made two emails to [protected]@ionexacense.co.in and no reply or attempt...

Fraud company don't purchase AMC from this company. They convenience for 2-3 year AMC purchase. After taking money and first service during AMC buying. They will never come back. There 24 hours no also will not get connect. Top of it call this no says 2 RS per min charge even though you have calling free. I am not sure now what filter they have replaced in the name of aquaguard is genuine or not. Please don't buy... I have got cheated. Not...
