Sir, i have a eurekaforbes ro+uv water filter and was under the amc of ionexacense for 2 years vide customer id no. 35239 and still valid.
The water filter developed problem of filter tank over flow. Two technicians visited and said they will come back with the level sensor and it is more than 3 weeks. Till date not attended and their toll free number not reachable. I have made two emails to [protected]@ionexacense.co.in and no reply or attempt to to provide service call made by the company.
