The worst insurance company ever.
I dropped my car at abhikaran honda and its almost 8 to 9 days and off ho tokyo has been creating silly issues. I m in a touch with mr yogesh chaudhari. First of all they asked us for previous photos of car and details of insurance which is not out kr responsibility and then after complaining to honda they suddenly get all the details and photos. Its a basic understanding between dealer and surveyor. And finally after 2 to 3 days he is continuously giving me excuses that they wont give me the claim for to my damage although the personnel of honda told me that the bumper is not at all repairable it is compulsory to change.
Bumper it self showing the damage and accident which agreed by the surveyor but i don't know why the hell they are denying to change the bumper.
And for your kind information i got honda assure for the security.
Is that my fault to choose honda assure which is giving me excuses and not doing anything and wasting my days too?
My car got damaged in an accident and my car us still there at showroom from last sever days which is not acceptable.
They are not ready to repair, they are not ready to paint even.
Its almost 7 days they already wasted and they are behaving very bad. I had number of conversations to company men and insurance men. They cut down the phone because of their bad language and behaviour.
