[Resolved]  IRB Infrastructure — 370/- deducted from fastag at talegaon toll instead of 173/- on[protected]

Address:Talegaon toll plaza, Pune, Maharashtra

Extra amount deducted at while commuting from pune to mumbai on expressway at talegaon toll plaza. Following msg is received from hdfc fastag -

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 370 for transaction by vehicle makdg174fk4005839 at toll talegaon toll plaza on[protected]t20:48:05. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 44 - hdfc bank ltd.
Warm regards,
Hdfc bank

Kindly arrange to refund the extra amount.

We are in receipt of your email dated 11/1/2020, In this regard, would like to inform as under

1. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same.

2. You are requested to take the matter with MSRDC and/or concerned Toll Plaza Operator.
