IRB Infrastructure — Bullying by a toll plaza employee

I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai, My car (MH02-CZ-6481 ERTIGA VXI) was running out of fuel near Talegaon Dabhade Toll plaza and the petrol pump was on the other side of the road but I could not find any U-turn there. So when I approached the toll booth counter and asked them to let me go, they said that you should pay the toll first and only then you will be allowed to take the U-turn and after refueling you can cross the toll booth by showing this toll receipt. I paid the toll and refueled the car and when I came near the toll again, the man demanded to pay the toll again. Although I showed the receipt, still they are not allowing me to go. when i rufused to pay the toll again he started scolding at me and uses very slang and inhuman words for me. His behavior was inhumane. he said If you do not pay the toll, We will not let you go and threaten to break the glass of your car and we will burn your car. They forced me to pay the toll again. This incident not only caused me financial loss but also caused me a lot of mental anguish. As I still have faith and trust in India's democratic system, I am informing you of this incident by letter, but I hope that you will register my complaint and take necessary action.
