IRB Infrastructure — Charged toll twice - fastag and cash

The fastag wasn’t working at the toll gate at Talegaon toll plaza and I had to pay by cash. Thanks have attached the receipt for the same. However the same toll of Rs. 203 has also been debited from my fastag wallet.

I contacted my fastag provider Axis Bank but they have got a vague response from IRB. Please refund extra amount deducted.
