IRB Infrastructure — Damage to vehicle due to faulty barrier system and arrogance of staff

Authority should address Arrogance of staff working at this toll plaza. Even after toll paid they put down barrier on vehicle and if we ask why they did this. They starts doing arguement. Who will be responsible if vehicle damaged. NHAI and transport minister should look in to this.
