When I exited the Mumbai - Pune Expressway at Shedung Toll Plaza on Monday, 21 June 2021 at 1055 Hrs there was a big queue to cross the Toll Plaza. When I reached the Toll Plaza Gate Barrier & inquired why was there so much delay for each car to cross the barrier they informed the Toll Plaza personnel informed me they were facing an internet glitch & hence they were facing a glitch in reading the Fast tag. I informed them then as per the law if the line for crossing the toll plaza gate is long or over 3 minutes waiting by default they are supposed to open the barrier & let the vehicles through. They were quite rude & said this was not the case & one would have to wait.
This is absolutely wrong on their part & it is sheer harassment to us the end user of the toll plaza. What is the use o[censored]sing the Expressway by paying extra money if there is so much delay in just crossing the Toll Naka?
For your information it took more then 15 minutes once I was standing in line to reach the toll plaza barrier & there also for the barrier to open it took almost 3 minutes.
I want to get back my refund for the amount of ₹ 46. How do I go about it. Kindly advise by return e-mail.
