IRB Infrastructure — Double Money deducted

Dear Team,

I travelled from pune to mumbai at 18/12/2022. At 18/12/22 at 22:58 time I Paid cash due to low balance showing in my fast tag. After few days i checked statement 203 rs deduceted at 22:52 time from fasttag wallet, Kindly refund my 203 rs as soon as possible. I had complained on NHAI they are saying that this toll not comes under them. so kindly refund my money to my fast tag.

Please revert if any other information required. Kindly initiate it as soon as possible otherwise i had to take further action.
