[Resolved] IRB Infrastructure — double toll being charged | |
I had crossed the Khalapur toll plaza from Mumbai side going towards Lonavla on Sunday, 16th February. Given the traffic, I was moved to the other side. I had a valid FastTag on my car, but the man at the booth insisted on cash payment saying I couldn't pay by FastTag. I paid in cash, and a few minutes later I received an sms on my phone saying my FastTag had also been debited. I am sending you a picture of my Receipt paid in Cash as well as the sms received for the debit to my FastTag. My FastTag number is M3GTGS864JB901345. Kindly have the extra debit reversed to my account.

Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2.
