IRB Infrastructure — Extra amount deducted from fastag account

Today (5 Nov 2022) while traveling from Pune to Mumbai Rs. 203 toll got deducted from my paytm fastag account twice (Talegaon toll and Khalapur Toll) total amount deducted is Rs 406 on single journey.
Could you please check and refund the extra toll deducted amount in my paytm account.

Same happened to me also in September and toll authorities are declining to refund repeatedly. Even NHAI customer care and Kotak fastag customer care are unable to provide help.
