IRB Infrastructure — Extra Toll Charged

Travel from Kolhapur to Mumbai
I travelled by old Mumbai Pune Highway for Pune Mumbai and then the police on the way diverted to a common strech which took me to Khalapur toll plaza on expressway.

In total i was charged Rs 694/- between Kolhapur and Mumbai.
( with Pune Mumbai being Rs 324/- despite travelling by Old Mumbai Pune Highway)
I was charged Rs 203/- at khalapur from Pune Mumbai when there was one diversion by police in karjat to expressway, I was also charged toll at Dehu Road, and Kushgaon.
