IRB Infrastructure — Fraudulently charged Toll

Yesterday, 7th November while returning from Pune, at Khalapur toll plaza, we were waiting for payment of toll charges through FastTag. The person at the counter came out running and said that there was no balance in our wallet. We told him there was enough balance but he said to pay cash as we had already waited for some time and the barricade was not opening also there was a huge line behind due to weekend. He charged us Rs. 270 and also gave us a receipt. When we came home, our balance in the FastTag wallet had been debited by the usual toll amount. When we checked the time on the receipt it was around1.00 pm, whereas we were at the toll booth around 3.00 pm. This seems to be a new way of duping citizens. This might have been done earlier as well. I hope this gets investigated and culprits are booked.
