IRB Infrastructure — Hooliganism by toll staff at Mulund-Airoli Toll Booth

The Tag scanner doesnt work. Resulting in the staff who waste our time dansung in front of the car with their handheld scanners.

They dont even wear a mask. Are Covid guidelines not applicable to the staff at the tolls?

They are rude and are like goons. Oft times standing in front of the car and taking their own time as if we are the ones getting paid and they are almost always abusive! Leave aside the condition of the roads and traffic management, it is not even their priority. What is the point in paying? What are we paying for? Pot holes? Getting held up in traffic? Or for the sweet abuses that the goons hurl at us?
