I was travelling from Alibag to Pune on 21st Nov 2021. Entered the Khalapur toll where Fast tag amount of 135 Rs got deducted. My balance showed -18 Rs (Negative balance) As reached to Talegaon toll, fast tag showed low balance and toll people insisted to pay by cash which they took Rs. 203 by cash. Ideally it should have been only 68 Rs. So I paid 203+135 = 338 Rs instead of 203Rs. How can I get the refund of 135rs?
