I travelled from mumbai to lonawala on[protected] and crossed khalapur toll plaza in my car mh02fy0956 on[protected], at 12.39 they said my idfc bank fasttag is inactive and collected double toll rs 406. now i saw bank statement and confirmed that rs203 is already deducted from my fasttag with transaction no 01000b[protected]. so i have paid rs406 in cash excess toll which i need immediate refund . i request the concerned to pay it back to my fasttag of idfc bank with no MZBFF811LPN255908 in the name of N v NEELAKANTAN MOB [protected]
