IRB Infrastructure — Manager dont have proper knowledge about fastag

Day before yesterday i was traveled from pune to Mumbai via old Mumbai-Pune highway, at Varsoli toll plaza Rupesh Shivaji More ask me to pay toll by cash because their system was unable to deduct toll amount from my fastag, i have told him that i have sufficient balance in my fastag please take from it only otherwise leave my vehicle, but he was not listen to me and hold my vehicle till his system rectify the error and deduct toll amount from my fastag after 25 minutes between these these time he gave me silli answers like he told me to call my fastag bank to validate issue at around 1:30am. He didn't know about rules about fastag it is not acceptable. Please give some knowledge about rules of fastag and how to speak with persons, he speak with me very rudely . He waste my time due to his system error.
