As reference above subject i have LCV vehicle & i am using axis fast tag from 2016 but excess toll amount debited from my fast tag from last 1 years after many complaints register to axis fast tag they said the aquire bank of MUMBAI PUNE EXPRESS TOLL PLAZA not resolve this issue after providing vehicle documents, images, so we are not able to solve the problem so try to sort out issues as early as possible vehicle no. Verified Support Dec 23, 2019 IRB Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We are in receipt of your email dated 20/12/2019, In this regard, would like to inform as under 1. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same. 2.
