Dear team,

I am working in gov. Of maharashtra in health department (Emergency service), i was traveling on mumbai - pune old highway on 23rd feb 2020, as per gr gov. Officer have toll free card, i have show my valid card they won't allow me still i never argue with them.

I pay my toll and i park my car side and asked for gr. Once i asked for gr they start with rude words and few people come around and start argument with me and use rubbish words, i asked them to show there id but they are unauthorized persons and one person is in v. M. Enterprises there is no single person available of irb. One person surename gayakwaad who ready to fight with me and use rubbish words too, kinldy take action on priority there is local people gathering on varsoli (Kusgaon) toll plaza. Kindly maintain security on toll plaza if such worker behaves like this it will very dangeruss to teaveling on road.

Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your email dated 23.02.2020 regarding misbehave by toll staff and not exempted your car (Health Dept) at Varsoli Toll plaza on Mumbai-Pune expressway on Consumers complaint forum.

At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and we hereby inform that the matter has been invstigated by us and clarify as under :

1. We are carrying out toll operations under the directives of Maharashtra State Road development Corporation (MSRDC) and Notifications issued by GoM. As per said Toll Notification there is no exemption to personal vehicles. The same was explained to you and requested to pay user fee and refusal to pay user fee was led to altercations between toll staff and you. After intervention of some Sr.Staff, you made payment.
2. We have not found any incident of misbehavior with you by toll staff.
3. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services.

4. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel.
