IRB Infrastructure — Regarding payment taken in cash and deducted amount from fast tag account too

I was traveling from Pune to Lonavala on 26th dec 22 by my Hyundai i20 car no MH42K9859 via Pune Mumbai Express Way, But while returning from Lonavala via Mumbai Pune Express Way around 10pm at Talegaon Toll Plaza They took payment in cash Rs 203 and later the amount got debited from fast tag account too .
Pls refund the amount.
