सर् मेरा नाम रावलजी रावIन्द्रसिंह । और में गुजरात मे वडोदरा में मेने 3 मार्च को Joinning किया था। april में बीमारी की वजशे अस्पताल में भर्ती हुया था। और मेरा बीमारी की वजशे मुजे ओपरेशन करवाना पड़ा था। मेरे शरीर पर 4 जगह पर ऑपरेशन था इस लिए में पूरा अप्रैल duty पे नही या सका था। और ये सब बातें मेने हमारे manager साब को बताई थी। मेरा re joinning का आप order दी जिये vadodara पे। ओर मेरा medical के सब certificate ओर 1 महीना जो मुजे आराम करना था को सब सर्टिफिकेट वडोदरा पे sabmit किया ही। आपको को निवेदन है कि आप मुजे फिरशे joinning का order दीजिये। मैने मेरी गंभीर बीमारी की वजशे छुटी ली थी। इन सभी का मेरे पास certi है।

गंभीर बीमारी की वजह से ऑपरेशन किया था। इस लिए में कुछ दिन duty नही या पा रहा था।
उनका मेरे पास certificate है।
